Do you sell genuine or aftermarket parts?
Genuine, matched to your serial number: that is what we quote. Will-fit parts exist, and on some simple wear items they can be a reasonable choice, but fit and behavior can drift from spec, and on controls, hydraulics, and anything structural that drift costs more than it saves. If you ask us to look at an alternative, we will be straight with you about the tradeoff.
How do I photograph the data plate?
Straight on, in focus, with the whole plate in frame, so the model, serial, and year are all legible. On most machines the plate lives on the chassis or a frame rail; scissor lift plates are often at the rear of the machine. If the plate is missing or unreadable, photograph the machine itself and any serial stamped into the frame, and we will work from that.
How fast is shipping?
Quoted per order, honestly. Availability decides it: a common wear item moves fast, a structural weldment takes longer. When we quote the part you get the real availability and the shipping options with it, and you pick the speed the job needs. No promises we cannot keep.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. US nationwide every day, and worldwide with the export paperwork handled. If your machine is outside the US, start at our international parts desk page or send the model and serial by WhatsApp, and we will quote the parts and the freight to your destination.
What if I do not know the part number?
That is the point of the intake. Send the model and serial, or just the plate photo, and describe what the part does or where it lives on the machine. A photo of the failed part helps too. Matching the number is our job, not yours: the serial tells us the configuration, and the configuration finds the part.
