Why a US partner
US-spec and EU-spec do not mix.
US-spec and EU-spec machines and parts are built to different regulations and do not mix; there is no authorized dealer for US-spec parts abroad. If your machine was built for the US market, the parts that fit it and the paperwork that clears customs both have to come from here. That is the gap we fill: a US shop that answers, quotes genuine serial-matched parts, and handles the export side.

Plenty of international buyers consolidate US purchases through a freight forwarder in Miami, Houston, or another US port city. That works here. We quote your parts, you send your forwarder's US address, and we ship to them like any domestic order. Your forwarder handles the leg home.

Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide, quoted per destination. Every quote includes the freight options and the export paperwork for your country, and you choose the speed that fits the job. If you are not sure whether we can reach you, WhatsApp the parts desk and ask; the answer is almost always yes.
How can I pay from outside the US?
Wire transfer or card. We take international wire transfers and card payments on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Every invoice is in US dollars from the shop in Wisconsin, and when we quote your order we confirm which payment options work for your situation before anything ships.
How long does shipping take?
Quoted per order, honestly. It depends on the part's availability, your destination, and the freight service you choose, and we give you the real options with the quote instead of a promise we cannot keep. Common wear items move fastest; large or heavy components take longer to stage and ship.
Can I use my own US freight forwarder?
Yes. Send your forwarder's US address with your request and we ship there like any domestic order. Your forwarder handles the international leg. Prefer that we handle the export side ourselves? We do that too, worldwide, with the paperwork included.
Can you help identify a part from a photo?
Yes. WhatsApp a photo of the data plate and a photo of the part, and tell us what it does or where it sits on the machine. A photo crosses every language barrier, and the serial number does the rest: it tells us the exact configuration your machine was built with, and that finds the part.
